In order to use the site www.ps4u.in belonging to SARVODAYA MARKETING, you (The User) have accepted the following terms and conditions given below. SARVODAYA MARKETING reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any point of time.

1.    If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available) any extra cost spent by SARVODAYA MARKETING for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

2.    SARVODAYA MARKETING reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received. The payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same

3.    The above Mention Price are including GST No additional cost is charged.

4.    Order will not be cancelled once if it is confirmed or in any pandemic situations. 

5.    The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of SARVODAYA MARKETING

6.    SARVODAYA MARKETING shall not entertain any complaints after 5 days, once the order is delivered.

7.    Order will be delivery in 7-14 Days Depend on the items; Delivery will be done at our OFFICE premises.

8.    Order Confirmation will be accepted only after your payment is credited in our Bank Account, 

9.    SARVODAYA MARKETING will not be liable for any type or kind of credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the user and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the user. The User must exclusively use his/her own card on the site.

10. Any Changes In tax By Govt, Price will change without any Notice

11. Law: - Any dispute arising out of or in conjunction with this Contract shall be referred to the courts in Vijayawada which shall have sole jurisdiction.
