Shipping Policy
We strive to deliver products purchased from Sarvodaya
Marketing in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.
1.
If
you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded
2.
If you return an order delivered to you,
original shipping charges will not be refunded.
- We require a complete address with phone number to ship the goods.
No dispatches will be made without a valid phone number.
4.
For orders under Rs. 499 a shipping charge of
Rs. 99 will be applicable
- All goods are shipped by reputed couriers. (Blue dart, Xpress bees,
Delhivery DTDC and with Speed Post
for remote locations)
6.
Order will be delivery
in 7-14 Days Depend on
the items; Delivery will be done at our OFFICE premises
7.
Free shipping is available to all locations
in India for orders values exceeding Rs.499 (The Order value is calculated
after applying discounts.)
Cash On Delivery
(COD) orders:
COD orders can be fulfilled only for limited locations.
We will get in touch with you if your location is not under the COD service area.
Out of stock items:
All efforts will be made so that your orders are supplied
in full. However, sometimes it does happen that some products which you order
are out of stock. In that case we will contact you by phone or email so that
you can choose another product if you wish. If the substitution is not
possible, we will ship the remaining goods. If we have received the payment in
excess, we will refund the amount to your account.
